The Holiday Inn Express - Bee Successful

Opened in 2013, the team at the Holiday Inn have been providing premier hospitality to those from near and far.

Dylan started working in 2018 and has grown to become a valuable asset to the maintenance team for the hotel. Dylan’s busy shifts consist of folding linens, tending to the garden, cutting the grass, painting the fences, cleaning the barbecue, and assisting in the kitchen.

Says maintenance manager Mike Thompson, “At the Holiday Inn we focus on people’s abilities, not their disabilities. Dylan is an asset to the hotel, allowing me more time to complete my own responsibilities. He is able to perform and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Dylan brings a positive attitude and is willing to learn new things as required. He is punctual and always shows up to work in good spirits!”
